How to Cook Grass-Fed Lamb
Low & Slow
When it comes to cooking lamb, the trick is low and slow.
You will want to have a cooking temperature of around 200-250 degrees Fahrenheit and slowly cook it until an internal temperature of 140 degrees. A nice medium rare.
Grill & Bake
Our favorite way to cook lamb is on the grill. Grilling adds so much flavor to the lamb, it may be the only type of meat you'll ever want to eat again!
Other favorites are marinating and cooking it for a few hours in the oven for those who don't have access to a grill.
Seasonings
Mint is the ultimate seasoning to include with lamb. Mint brings out an amazing flavor and balance with lamb.
Other seasonings you can include are:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Parsley
